CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY ● Stays under 28 nights- 14 days’ notice ● Stays of 28 nights or more- 30 days’ notice The Client must inform the Operator as soon as possible, regarding any reduction to the duration of a booking. In the event that the Client serves the adequate notice period for a booking cancellation or amendment, no additional room nights will be charged. However, in such circumstances Be London reserves the right to revise the room rate for the duration of the stay retrospectively- to reflect the actual length of the stay. In the event that the Client serves less than the notice period required for a cancellation or amendment, Be London will charge a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee shall be equivalent to the number of nights falling within the cancellation/amendment period. In such circumstances, Be London reserves the right to revise the room rate for the duration of the stay retrospectively- to reflect the actual length of the stay.
